Facial aging occurs in the skin and in deep tissues with collagen degradation, loss of tissue contours and volumes. The renewal of the extra cellular matrix by subcutaneous rehydration and stimulation of new collagen is the objective of rejuvenation with injectable compounds of poly-L-Lactic acid, calcium hydroxyapatite and hyaluronic acid. Clinically, it was observed in the patient of the case, rehydration and tissue volumization, improvements in the elasticity and beauty of the skin and in the facial contours with 2 sessions, it was concluded that the association of these products is an clever and little invasive option for the facial rejuvenation with immediate and medium-term results.
