This study aims to investigate the application of artificial intelligence in Dentistry, focusing on oral diagnostics, dental materials development, and public health. The research employs a literature review based on a search in Google Scholar, with defined inclusion and exclusion criteria to ensure the relevance and quality of sources. Artificial intelligence has proven to be a promising tool in optimizing diagnostics, providing greater accuracy and speed, in addition to contributing to the development of new materials and the efficient management of public dental health. The analysis of the results indicates that AI has the potential to significantly transform dental practice, offering more personalized treatments and improving access to oral health care.
