In search of longevity, function and resistance for the rehabilitation of devitalized teeth. The endocrown (adhesive endodontic crown), which fully comprises the dental crown, aiming at anchoring and adhesive in the central portion of the pulp chamber, dispensing with the use of root pins, providing a better cost benefit, presents itself as an effective and safe alternative. The technique consists of a conservative preparation, with the maximum of preserved structure, and a “single body” piece. The present study is a literature review that aims to describe the clinical steps for making the endocrown crown.
